For every shipment to Guinea-Bissau an ELECTRONIC CARGO TRACKING NOTE (ECTN) / BORDEREAU ELECTRONIQUE DE SUIVI DES CARGAISONS (BESC), also named cargo waiver, has to be issued. Cargoes arriving in Guinea-Bissau without validated ECTN/BESC will be blocked for clearance and delivery and result in fines.
