For all shipments to Djibouti (including transit shipments) an “ELECTRONIC CARGO TRACKING NOTE (ECTN), also known as a cargo waiver, is required. The ECTN number must be stated in the bill of lading.

- Bill of lading
- Commercial invoice (in USD or EUR), depending on Incoterm with separately stated FOB goods value, ocean freight costs, insurance premium
- Export customs document
