Cargo certificates are mandatory for maritime exports to various African countries. M+S is currently entrusted with the signing and approval of cargo certificates by the following countries and their governmental organizations:

Central African Republic Conseil Centrafricain des Chargeurs (CCAC) Bangui - Central African Republic
Democratic Republic of Congo OFFICE DE GESTION DU FRET MULTIMODAL (OGEFREM) Kinshasa - Democratic Republic of Congo
Republic of Congo Conseil Congolaise des Chargeurs (CCC) Pointe Noire - Republic of Congo
